Todd Brogan is a Ward 4 Committeeman on the DC Democratic State Committee. Each Ward elects four committeepeople, two men and two women, to serve on the D.C. State Committee of the Democratic Party. Todd was elected as part of the DumpTrump-Dems4Action slate.
A proud resident of Ward 4, Todd lives in Petworth with his partner and wife of ten years, Denise. He is the son of a letter carrier and a social worker, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and lucky to earn his living as a trade union organizer.
Todd has designed campaigns to raise the wages of D.C. workers and built coalitions to fight for more affordable and accessible public transit. He has volunteered in support of paid family leave, fully funding the NEAR Act, and establishing one fair wage minimum wage for workers. He wants to live in a D.C. where elected officials put affordability and justice for the people first.
If you don’t run into him with a notepad or a bullhorn, you can find Todd hiking in Rock Creek Park, attending Democratic Socialists of America meeting, hanging out in Grant Circle, or searching U Street (thanks Ward 1) for new music.
